The Martens like to use the words “undeniable”, “indisputable” a lot. But the only evidence in this case that is “undeniable” and “indisputable” is the factual, scientific autopsy of Jason Corbett and the factual examination of the placement of the blood spatter patterns in that murder room.
Facts don’t lie or spin or fabricate.
Jason Corbett was hit mercilessly, repeatedly, EXCESSIVELY, until the back of his skull was literally falling off.
He was hit when he was down.
He was hit when he was dying.
He was hit even when he was dead.
That’s what science tells us.
Your “abuse excuse”, on the other hand, is predicated on the words of two terrified children, left in the custody of their Father’s murderers. We cannot know the pressures the Martens exerted on those children, as they spun into action, trying to cremate the body, raid Jason’s office, and create a narrative to get away with murder. So nothing the children said, in those awful moments, in that chaotic environment, was “indisputable.”
Could two children have ever been more excruciatingly vulnerable?
The “professionals” saw them only in that moment of time. And they had no knowledge of the autopsy which might have given them a picture of the violent proclivities of the very people these children were surrounded by.
Perhaps they might have viewed them as the hostages & victims they were or perceived the fear they must have felt.
Nothing “undeniable” there.
Then you told us, Scouts Honor, that Molly has never been diagnosed as bipolar, has never been hospitalized in psych ward as per Maginn’s book, has never been a compulsive liar - that claimed to have a sister that died (she never had a sister), claimed to be a Clemson grad, claimed to be an Olympic swimmer, claimed to be Jason’s daughter’s natural Mother, described her “birthing pains.” Then why didn’t she take the stand and lay out her “abuse excuse” herself? Could it be that it is “undeniable” that she would have opened a door that would have decimated her credibility in front of ANY jury?
And because Molly has neither the courage or history of reliable credibility HERSELF - you are left with two options only: to exploit two orphaned children and to try tarnish the memory of their deceased father Jason Corbett of whom they dearly loved.
And their love for Jason is really, truly....INDISPUTABLE.....💗
